This page explains what Andy: Portfolio Personal Assistant stores, why it stores it, and how you can remove it.
Short version
Andy stores the minimum information needed to help you estimate your IMT portfolio score, plan weekly actions, remember where evidence lives, and manage reminders. It is not an official application record, not an ePortfolio, and not a replacement for checking the official IMT recruitment guidance.
What we store
- Your account email through Supabase Auth.
- Your profile choices: pathway, stage, interests, priorities, and unique-applicant intent.
- Your IMT score inputs and progress dates by scoring domain.
- Your weekly actions, including done, skipped, snoozed, and swapped status.
- Your reminder preferences and monthly email-summary opt-in.
- Your lightweight portfolio evidence notes: project names, type, score area, dates, links, filenames, file-location notes, and free-text notes.
What we do not store in v1
- Uploaded evidence files.
- Official Horus or ePortfolio records.
- DOPS, mini-CEX, workplace-based assessments, reflections, or sign-offs.
- Payment details.
- Supervisor/shared-user access.
Why we store it
The app uses your data to calculate a score estimate, suggest useful next actions, identify stale portfolio areas, save your weekly plan, and help you find evidence again later.
Where it is stored
Data is stored in Supabase, using project tables prefixed with pt_. The Supabase project is configured for the London region. Access is protected by Supabase row-level security so signed-in users can only access their own portfolio-tracker rows.
Emails and reminders
Sign-in emails are sent through Supabase Auth. Calendar reminders are created only when you choose to add a weekly action to your calendar. Monthly email summaries are opt-in; the app stores your preference, but delivery requires the production email job.
Analytics
The app includes Vercel Analytics to understand broad usage and performance. It should not be used to inspect individual portfolio content.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your profile, portfolio score entries, weekly actions, preferences, and saved evidence metadata through the linked Supabase user record.
Your responsibilities
Do not store patient-identifiable information in Andy. Keep official application evidence in the appropriate official systems and always verify claims against the current IMT recruitment guidance before applying.
