Terms of use

These terms set out what Andy: Portfolio Personal Assistant is, what it isn't, and the basis on which you use it. They are written in plain English. By creating an account or paying for premium access, you agree to them.

Short version

Andy is an estimation and planning tool for UK resident doctors. It is not official recruitment guidance, not medical advice, and not a replacement for your ePortfolio. Use it to organise your own work and double-check the official sources before you apply.

Who provides Andy

Andy: Portfolio Personal Assistant is operated by RD Career OS, based in the United Kingdom. Where these terms refer to “we”, “us”, or “Andy”, that is who is meant.

What Andy is

  • A tool for estimating your IMT portfolio competitiveness score.
  • A weekly action planner and admin tracker.
  • A lightweight place to record evidence metadata (titles, links, filenames, notes).

What Andy is not

  • It is not official IMT recruitment guidance. Always check the current rules at the official source before applying.
  • It is not medical advice and must not be used for clinical decision-making.
  • It is not an official ePortfolio. Do not store DOPS, mini-CEX, reflections, sign-offs, or anything that needs to live in your official systems.
  • It is not a place for patient-identifiable information. You must not enter any.

Your account

  • You are responsible for the email address and password on your account, and for the information you enter.
  • One account per person. Do not share access.
  • You can delete your account from Settings at any time. Deletion removes your profile, portfolio entries, weekly actions, preferences, and saved evidence metadata.

Paid access

  • Andy Premium is billed quarterly through Stripe.
  • Founding cohort places (the first 50 paid doctors) carry a lifetime early rate. The standard rate after that will be £9.99 per quarter or £30 per year.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • We do not currently offer refunds for partial periods. If something has gone wrong, get in touch and we will look at it case by case.

Acceptable use

Use Andy for your own portfolio and planning. Do not try to break, scrape, or overload the service, do not attempt to access other users' data, and do not enter patient-identifiable information or anything you do not have the right to store.

Availability and changes

We try to keep Andy available and accurate, but it is offered “as is” while the product is still maturing. Scoring rules and recommendations may be updated as IMT guidance changes. We may add, change, or remove features, and will give reasonable notice for changes that affect paid users.

Liability

Andy gives you estimates and planning prompts. We do not guarantee recruitment outcomes and are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of what Andy shows you. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
